Reset your account password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you have two options to log in:
- Option #1
From the login page, enter your login email address, click "Next" then "Forgot your password?". You’ll receive a reset email if your email address is linked to a Placeloop business account.
Note: The email might take a few minutes to arrive depending on your internet speed, and could end up in your spam folder. Don’t forget to check there! If you don’t receive the reset email, feel free to contact our team at support@placeloop.com
- Option #2
From the login page, click "Login without password". You’ll receive a unique login link valid for 15 minutes only by email if it’s linked to a Placeloop business account.

Find the login email of your account
If you’ve never changed your login email since your account was created, you can view part of this email to get a hint:
- Go to the Placeloop login page dedicated to your partner brand (either from the brand’s website or from documentation provided by the brand’s sales representative).
If you can’t find access, contact our team at support@placeloop.com. - On the left panel, click "Forgot your email address?".
- Enter your reference (client code) in the dedicated field.
- View part of your email address
If you were added as a user, or if you don’t have access to the suggested email address, contact our team at support@placeloop.com.
