To connect your Facebook Page to your Placeloop business account, make sure you meet the following requirements: 

Step-by-step: Connect your Facebook Page to Placeloop

1. Log in to Placeloop:

   Go to your Placeloop account using your usual login details.

2. Go to Settings:

   Click on "Settings" at the bottom left or by clicking your business name at the top of the screen, then select "Social networks".

3. Select Facebook:

   In the list of social networks, click on "Facebook" to start the connection.

4. Check the prerequisites: Tick the two mandatory conditions to connect your Facebook Page to Placeloop (Own a Facebook Page, Have the right access level on the Page).
5. Follow Facebook's instructions:

   A window opens to guide you through the connection steps: Click on the "Continue with Facebook" button and connect your Facebook profile or click on "Continue as (your first name)" if you’re already logged in.

6. Choose the Page to connect and click on "Finish"
   A settings icon (gear) will spin on your screen while the connection is being made. It may take up to a minute depending on your internet speed. Once the loading is complete, you’ll be able to click on "Finish".

What to do if your Page doesn’t appear at the final step?

Check that you’re logged in with the correct Facebook Profile and have the necessary permissions. 

• Click on "Reconnect" at the bottom left of the window,
• Then click on "Edit settings" and check all Pages,
• Continue by clicking Next. Your page will appear—select it once loading is complete.
