How to identify failed publications?
Two ways:
- Check your emails: Placeloop automatically notifies you by email every time a scheduled publication is successfully posted or fails. If you don’t receive these emails, check your spam or junk folder.
- From the Placeloop platform: log in to your Placeloop account and go to the Publications section, then "Errors".
Understanding the causes of failed publications on Facebook and Instagram
- Your Facebook page or Instagram account has been disconnected from your Placeloop business account.
➡️ Check the connection status of your social media accounts by going to the Settings of your business account, then to Social Networks.
Click on the relevant social network and follow the on-screen steps.

- Facebook has temporarily blocked your Facebook page or Instagram account
