Congratulations, your partner brand has invited you to access its digital portal! In this article, learn how to activate your account in just a few clicks.

Make your first login to a Placeloop business account (activation)


With your invitation email: 

This email was normally sent to the contact address you shared with your brand representative.
  • Click on "Activate my account" to proceed to the next step without entering your client code.
  • Placeloop will check your business information provided by your partner brand. You can modify this information after creating your account if needed.
  • Enter your login email address and choose a password. Make sure the password is at least 8 characters long with at least 1 number and 1 special character.
  • If you receive a message saying a Placeloop account already exists with the email you provided, click on "Log in" to link the accounts and access all your businesses with a single login. Be sure to enter the password of the existing account if required.


You can contact our support team to request a new invitation email, using the contact address you shared with your brand. 


If you did not receive an invitation by email: 

  • Go to the login page of your partner brand.
  • Enter your client code in the section "First time logging in?" and click "Validate". 

To find the login page of your partner brand or your client code, contact your brand representative.
