Help: How do I know if I'm logged in to the right Google Account?

To efficiently manage your Google Business Profile from Placeloop, it’s important to make sure you are logged into the account associated with your business. This allows you to access all features easily and ensures optimal management of your online presence.


If, when trying to connect your Google Business Profile to Placeloop, the profile does not appear, let's check a few things:


Check if the connected Google account manages the Business Profile

  • Search for your business name on Google.

If the editing options appear and the phrase "You manage this business profile" is displayed, then you are logged into the correct account.



If you don’t see these indicators, which confirm that you are indeed logged into the correct account, follow these steps:


Switch Google account:

  • Click on your Google account picture in the top right corner of your screen, then on "Show more accounts".
  • Click on other email addresses if listed, or add them by clicking on " + Add another account", then search again for your profile until you see the editing options.
