Publish a scenario that your brand provides you with

Publishing scenarios allow you to save time and easily benefit from the campaigns set up by your partner brands. With just one click, you can schedule multiple posts over a defined period (e.g.: Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Sales…)

Where to find the scenarios?

1. Go to the Campaigns section of your space.

2. If your brand has created a scenario, you will see the mention "activate in one click".

3. Select the scenario from the partner brand that interests you.

How to activate a scenario?

• Click on Activate the scenario.

• If you want to preview it before, click on View details: a preview will appear in the form of a small calendar, showing the scheduled dates for each publication.

? Note:

• Only posts with a future date will be scheduled.

• Posts will only be published on connected social networks within Placeloop.

Best practices before activating a scenario

• Make sure your social networks are properly connected.

  • If a network is not connected, go back to the social network connection step before activating the scenario.
